ESI was tasked with making 1055 East Colorado more enjoyable for current tenants and more attractive to prospective tenants with a design approach that invites tenants to enjoy the plaza, enlivens the parking garage entrance, and modernizes the main lobby.

A new monument sign announces the color story and increases the property’s street-level presence. A new building ID adorns the monument, and, drawing from the same inspiration as the rest of the design, rebrand the property as distinctly Pasadena.
