Kupferberg Center for the Arts

Queens College, Queens, New York

Working with WASA Architects and Mathews Nielsen Landscape Architects, Russell Design was charged with weaving together a single visual experience for the Kupferberg Center for the Arts within the Queens College campus. The Center spans the arts spectrum, from dance, music, theater to the visual arts, with museum galleries and several performance and concert venues. The identity of the Center spans across all new public spaces, seen in both interior and exterior signage and wayfinding, and binds them together as this historic Arts Center.
